At Your Energy Your Way, we provide flexible servicing and support plans for heat pumps, solar PV systems and battery storage, giving you expert help when you need it and peace of mind all year round.
Our service plans will be launching from January 2026.​​

Basic Care Plan
£22.50 per month
Ideal for: Homeowners who want essential annual maintenance and access to expert support.

Priority over non-contracted customers

Emergency callouts prioritised during heating season

Mid Care Plan
£35 per month
Ideal for: Homeowners who want
faster support and proactive
system care.
Everything in the Basic Plan, plus:

Phone support 7 days a week (9am–5pm)

One callout charge waived per year

Proactive heat pump monitoring*

Higher priority response than Basic tier customers

£50 per month
Ideal for: Maximum peace of mind and protection.
Everything in the Mid Plan, plus:

Up to four callout charges waived per year

Commonly failing parts included*

Portable electric heaters provided if your system is down for more than 48 hours**

Highest priority response

£20 per month

Servicing Heat Pump Systems We Didn’t Install
For heat pumps installed by a third party, or that have not been serviced by us in the last 18 months, we’ll first carry out a health check and assessment visit before starting any service plan.
This includes:

Full system inspection

Service where appropriate
-
Clear recommendations if improvements are required

Costs:

£360 for a single heat pump system
-
£600 for multiple heat pumps

This ensures we can support your system safely, efficiently and to the right standard.
What Counts as an Emergency?
Emergency faults are prioritised and include:

No heating during peak heating season (1 October – 31 March)

No hot water
-
Major leaks within the plant room
Clear,Transparent Call-out Pricing

Call-out charge includes up to one hour on site

Mileage charged from our office (waived on Premium plans)

Additional time billed at an agreed hourly rate

Parts charged unless covered by warranty or included in your plan

Out-of-hours callouts available for heat pump customers only, at our discretion
