About Your Energy Your Way

We appreciate that the journey into renewables can be a daunting one and it’s often difficult to know how and where to best to spend precious funds.  Our mission is to enable as many homeowners as possible to make the transition to renewables, helping you to save carbon and manage your energy usage.

Your Energy Your Way was founded 6 years ago by Leah Robson and  since then has grown from strength to strength. We pride ourselves on our expertise and knowledge that is rooted in real-world experience. Our team is top-notch. They are knowledgeable and well-trained, so you will be getting up to the minute advice in a rapidly changing marketplace, whether it is for heat pumps, solar PV or batteries (including Tesla Powerwalls). You can trust that we will cut through the jargon and work with you to design and install those technologies that suit your needs, achieving the best possible outcome based on your lifestyle and the property you live in.

Let’s briefly talk about heat pumps – they are more expensive to install than a new gas boiler, but you get a more comfortable, lower carbon, future proofed home. There is help from the government available in the form of the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant, providing £7,500 towards the installation cost. Applying for the grant is a no hassle process as we handle all the paperwork for you.

​Lastly, we are a Community Interest Company (CIC), a social enterprise that uses its profits for the public good. We are proud to be running a trainee scheme which focuses on training new entrants into the sector, particularly women.
